XESTA has finally released a jig head made of tungsten (TG). While maintaining the concept of their existing lead Bullet Rib Head, the top of the head has been changed to a flattened shape to maintain the resistance of the rig with a small silhouette. Furthermore, by keeping the tip of the head round instead of shaving it down, it achieves outstanding stability in the water despite its small silhouette.
The hook is a thick-shank type with strong holding power and a slightly open gap shape that prioritizes hooking. To prioritize holding power after hooking, we have deliberately omitted fluorine coating and used a gold hook that has a proven track record with horse mackerel. Furthermore, it is equipped with a large round eye that makes it easy to tie the line even at night. We have thoroughly paid attention to the details of the specifications and shape to create what we believe to be the best specifications currently available.
A weight lineup ranging from 1.5 to 3.5g, suitable for the heavy jigging method which is highly recommended for catching large horse mackerel. The bullet-type jig head for anglers targeting trophy-sized horse mackerel has finally been completed.
