Ripple Fisher Warranty Regulation

You have purchased a precision engineered rod, entirely produced in Japan to the highest possible standards.

When used this fish rod properly, it offers you a many years of none trouble free service.  

Our Warranty covers the blank against breakage in any form, for the maximum of 2 years from the date of purchased.  If a breakage occurs you will be able to purchase another new rod at 70% cost of the normal retail standard price of the rod, in exchange of the new rod.

Warranty does not cover broken guides; loosen guide wraps, damaged reel seat while fishing.

During the period of warranty, only 1 claim could be accepted per a rod.  And the whole broken rod required to be returned to the retailer shop where purchased.  And the customer will be responsible for any freight charges incurred for the replacement of the broken rod, to no other location than to the point of sales retailer shop for the claim procedure.  

And for a claim request, please send your rod to any Authorized Outlets and present your warranty cards.

Ripple reserves the right to void any warranty if rods are found to be tempered or modified.

This Warranty is only valid for overseas use.

CTS Blanks

The CTS rod warranty covers any defects in workmanship and materials.  The warranty is limited to repair and replacement of the rod or blank and does not cover direct, indirect, consequential, incidental or any other type of damage resulting from the use of the product. It does not cover fire, theft, missing sections, accidents and / or damage related to over loading, external damage that eventually causes a failure, misuse, intentional breakage, modification or customization.
If your rod has been fished successfully on its first couple of outings, then it’s good to go forever. Any future breakages are unlikely to be a manufacturing fault.

We are always focused on getting you fishing your CTS as soon as possible. CTS also offers a no-questions-asked repair service if your rod is broken in an unfortunate accident. There is a small administrative fee of $60 NZ to cover your repair. We’ve made it as quick and painless as we can to get your blank fixed through our online repair form.
